FAITHFEST 2011
Hello CaRLA members,
I'm inviting you to participate in Faith Fest on Sunday, August 28th in Dunn Meadow.
For those of you new to Faith Fest, a brief explanation is below. Faith Fest is a chance for IU students to come and check out various religious organizations. Each organization can use a table from the IMU to hold items for your organization such as a display, pictures, flyers, sign-up lists, things to pass out (trinkets/pencils/candy). It’s a good opportunity for new students to meet some of your staff & students and ask questions. Someone MUST be at your table during Faith Fest. Please do not only set it up and come back to tear it down.
There will be pizza and bottled water available for all present.
It is $20 to register your organization for this event.
Please make checks payable to CaRLA and pay in advance, including FAITH FEST in the memo. I'd rather not be keeping track of checks at Faith Fest :-) You can either mail them to me or drop them by our office. Someone is usually in the office M-F from 9am am to 5 pm. Our office number is 812.32.8972

Some specifics:
Faith Fest is advertised in the Welcome Week booklet from 1pm - 3pm, so that's when student will be showing up. However, we ask the participating groups to be present by 12:30 to set up your table / chairs. When Faith Fest is over, please break down your table / chairs and return them to the IU storage area.
Just to be clear - Table and chairs are available to us but each group is responsible for bringing the tables and chairs down from the IMU's outdoor storage and returning them after FaithFest. THANKS!
